SUNSHINE has a well equipped tool-room that supports the manufacturing set-up. Our capability lies in manufacturing Precision Moulds & Press tools. Besides conventional chip forming machines we have non-conventional machines like EDM Wire-cut, EDM Drilling & spark erosion backed by a team of skilled operators for accurate output in-time every time

SUNSHINE has a captive mold shop having high performance micro processor controlled injection molding machines
SUNSHINE has acquired expertise in injection molding of Nylons, ABS, Polycarbonate, PBT materials.

Press Shop

SUNSHINE also has an In house facility for stamping parts with ultra precision presses of 16T to 80T capacities. It has developed expertise in manufacturing & running progressive tools & dies to assure quality & consistency.

Reliability Lab

SUNSHINE has well equipped reliability lab where periodical tests are conducted on various products. Even for new product development it assists in concept verification, design and performance testing. The facility includes electrical tests like 1. Insulation resistance 2. Contact resistance 3. High voltage Testing 4. Endurance Testing 5. Temperature rise Testing and many more.Mechanical tests like mounting torque, end stop torque, insertion / removal force, actuation force also.

Assembly Infrastructure

SUNSHINE has maintained a state of art assembly infrastructure. Assembly of products is a manual processes. Industrial training on regular interval assures the employees maintains a high skill set. Skilled operators carry out the assembly as well as in-process inspection of the products thus saving time. Different lines / areas are used for different product categories.
